SportsTracks is a very nice 'free' software application that loads GPS records and allows all sorts of analysis.

There is a bit of fiddling around to load the plugins but they are well worth the effort.

Just been in to apply for this run and noticed they had the entry list....appears that there are only 76 runners currently!! And not one from SAC?? Are any of us doing it this year?

Col venue can be sticky and very good, in the past it has been dropped at short notice as the venue gets messed up and too muddy, but its a good site.
orion is on the edge of epping forest and has a good club house and a smashing pub on site.
