Less than a week to go and all the hard work is behind us with just the small matter of 26 miles to run ahead. After the race I will go to the S(outhend) meeting point which is only a short distance from the finish and far enough from the main throng close to the finish. I hope you all have a great day and comiserations to those who cant do it this year. Very Happy Very Happy

London 2009 is over and a full report will go on the forum when the story, rather than the numbers alone get put together. Great runs by Roy Scott (2'39:36), Glen Taylor (M50@3'50:09), Steve Jewell (M50@ 3;54:55) and Sue Crompton (W45@4:04:05) were the prime achievers with witnesses stating Roy was really going "like a train" at mile 21, resplendant in his club vest.
Can any runners or followers give me a few lines for the joint report please.
