Marshalls for the 10k

Dropped an email out requesting marshalls from the road runners for the Southend 10k on Sunday 4 October - had a few responses and some last night during the session - but please can anyone who can marshall, drop me or Ron an email with details and preferred location - anyone running from the club must provide someone to marshall for them - cheers, Ian

I have started collecting names on a word doc - will bring down Thursday and hopefully people who have yet to do so can start putting their names down

I have no idea if you've got my name, but I'm definately doing int, I had a blast last year!! Please put my name done...don't mind where I go....but not on a water stop please (too much pressure and I can't shout encouragement from there!!)
