This Sunday's (8th March) pre-Marathon long run A CHANGE

For those interested, although the "Schedule" might show otherwise, the long run is out of Garons at 8am sharp and is for a little more than 18 miles. As a good deal of the route is on country roads with no pavements (in good old Essex 20 style) please wear light coloured or HiViz running gear unless, of course, you are running or keeping up with Tash when you shall be White Hot!
